Jewish community centers are the town squares of Jewish life. They reflect our collective values and our aspiration for communities that include all of us. As the face of Jewish engagement, they must be accessible to all. JCCs across North America have risen to the challenge and have been on the cutting edge of creating spaces where people with disabilities can learn, work, play and be their best independent selves. Join the Jewish Community Center Association of North America to experience the adventure of traveling to Israel with a group of adults with disabilities and learn how a youth accessibility advisory committee worked with their JCC to design interactive programming during and beyond the pandemic. Featuring speakers from the Tucson Jewish Community Center, the JCC of Greater Vancouver, and the Miles Nadal JCC in Toronto.
