Come hear what Jewish Youth are doing to solve the climate crisis! Be inspired and find out about exciting new opportunities for youth engagement. We will hear from Sonja Lippmann, a high school senior and founder of the Silicon Valley Chapter of the Jewish Youth Climate Movement (JYCM); Aaron Wolf-Bloom, a high school sophomore who has been a climate leader in the Reform Youth Movement (NFTY) and a variety of other Reform organizations, Rebecca Novick, a co-leader of the Citizens’ Climate Lobby Youth Action Team and recent Environmental Studies graduate of Amherst College, and Sumner Lewis, the Young People Organizer at Dayenu: A Jewish Call to Climate Action.

This meeting is for Jewish youth interested in taking action on climate as well as youth directors, religious-school teachers, camp counselors, and other members of the Jewish community engaged with youth. The meeting is organized and hosted by the Citizens’ Climate Lobby Jewish Action Team and co-sponsored by JYCM and the Dayenu Circle of Silicon Valley.
